Stout finds humor in subjects other comedians are too timid to attack. His exaggerated honesty, delightful insincerity, and cute self-righteousness sell his wickedly witty material. No matter what the topic, this suit clad comic appeals to everyone's sense of logic. And because he understands the need to be universally accepted, he tries to keep swear words out of his act. There is no need for filth.
Ryan Stout is the winner of the 2005 Boston International Comedy Festival's $10,000 Stand-up Comedy Contest. In addition, he was recently a featured performer at HBO's The Comedy Festival in Las Vegas and at HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, CO.
