Ross Shafer is a popular seminar leader and motivator.
He began his career as a stand-up comedian in Seattle, Washington. Shafer has done a number of different television shows including Love Me, Love Me Not, replacing Joan Rivers as the host of The Late Show, which lasted a year, co-hosting a network magazine show called Days End, and hosting a version of the game show The Match Game.
From 1994 to present, Ross has written and produced 14 human resource training films in 9 languages. He has written several books; including Nobody Moved Your Cheese, The Customer Shouts Back!, Cook Like A Stud, and Customer Empathy.
