Most of his work is done as stand-up, however, his love has always been the radio.  Over the years, he has hosted three comedy morning shows on radio.  In 2004, he got his break in radio when he made his debut on XM and Sirius Satellite Radio.

When not working on the radio, Mike Merryfield loves to perform at big name parties.  He has been the host of "Playboy's Miss Reunion Bash Beauty Pageant," performed at "Harley Davidson's 100th Anniversary Reunion" as well as "Harley Davidson's 95th Anniversary Reunion," and appeared at "Summerfest" in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for five consecutive years starting in 1998. 

In 2004 he was  invited to perform at the Boston International Comedy and Movie Festival.  Also in 2004, Mike toured Asia performing in Korea, Japan and Guam for the troops overseas.
