Jerry Springer has done it all.  Talk show host, newscaster, and politician.

Springer hosts the daytime "Jerry Springer Show", which usually rsults in a circus-like atmosphere with Springer himself being the ringmaster. It is no uncommon to have more "bleeps in a 30 second span than actual content. Or to have fistfights. Or women taking off their clothing.

But, before this Jerry Springer had a totally different life. He was one of the countries youngest mayor's, when at age 33, ran the city of Cincinnati.

Springer, a Jewish speaker, then moved to television with segments on a local station. That turned into anchoring the evening news in southern Ohio. The rest as they say, is history.
