Dave Cooperman is like a blast of good-natured, highly-animated energy and he's been delighting audiences for years on the comedy circuit. He got his start in comedy by writing two one-act plays based on short stories by Kurt Vonnegut. His plays continue to be performed by high-schools and colleges through out the U.S.

He then moved to performing live comedy shows on radio at the University of Vermont. He then moved onto forming his own college comedy group writing , directing and starring in live stage shows. After graduating, dave decided to fly solo and ventured into standup. He played for anybody who would have him.

He has been described as a hybrid of Ray Romano and Jim Carrey. His brand of physical yet thought-provoking comedy is tied to his interracial marriage.

Dave's emerged as an "A" room player. Dave has twice appeared at the Toyota Comedy Festival where he did turn some heads with strong showings.
