B-Phlat's comedian routine teases women about dating.  Through comedic tone, she seeks to empower women by forcing them to take a closer look at themselves.  B-Phlat is characterized by such phrases as "Quit trying to maintain a man" and "Maintain yourself and the man will have to follow?".  For the last two years, B-Phlat has been a Host and Headliner on the largest, top grossing, and longest running college and university comedy tour in the nation, the RJE Urban Comedy Cabaret Tour.

B-Phlat has made numerous television appearances on shows such as "Showtime at the Apollo? BET?s "COMIC VIEW".  She is a writer for ESPN THE MAGAZINE, and has hosted a variety of celebrity events including the Russell Simmon's Phat Farm Fashion Show and Def Comedy Jam in Negril, Jamaica.  Other events include the FUBU International Okwaku Festival in Amsterdam and Donyell Marshall's corporate sponsorship of Triple D Productions.
