Steve Trevino started as the door man at a local Improv Comedy Club in Texas. He moved up and became house MC after proving his skills on open-mic nights at the club.  While working, he met comedian Carlos Mencia who then invited Steve to open up for the Three Amigos Comedy Tour; one of the biggest comedy tours at the time.

Mencia and Trevino's friendship has kept Steve on the road ever since, opening shows for Carlos across the country. The friendship has even grown into a pilot for a new show on Comedy Central.
