Bryan Gutmann is an Austin comedian who has been gaining national attention since he began performing a mere four years ago. Born and raised in upstate New York, Bryan moved to Austin twelve years ago, where he has lived ever since. While attending a small, insufficient college (Bryan just misspelled 'insufficient', thus proving his point) he began hitting open mics and quickly established himself within the local comedy scene. Since then Bryan has won the prestigious 'Funniest Person in Austin' contest, and has opened for names such as Doug Benson, Marc Maron, Dave Attell and Mike Birbiglia. Most recently, Bryan was asked to open for legendary comedian David Brenner at the famous Wheeler Opera House in Aspen, Colorado.
